Onboarding Your Team
Direct your new team members to begin their journey at letsbuildthisnow.com and click the Start Tab immediately after signing up as a Brand Partner. This ensures they understand that their education is their responsibility, and mastering the fundamentals is essential to learn, teach, and duplicate effectively.
Guide them through the 30-Days to Manager module so they fully understand the Manager rank requirements and achievement strategies. Their comprehension of this path is crucial to their success.
Supporting Your Builders
Stay closely connected with your identified builders. Establish a weekly rhythm of reviewing their structure every Monday. Since this is a weekly commission structure, follow up with them both on Mondays and Sundays to effectively open and close their business week. Monitor their organization to identify any Brand Partners within their structure who need additional support.
Once they demonstrate mastery of this weekly routine, you can reduce direct oversight while still performing periodic verification checks.
Your primary goal is to empower your builders to achieve their rank advancements and teach them sustainable rank maintenance strategies. Show them how to monitor volumes, track orders, and proactively reach out to their Brand Partners to ensure auto-ship programs are properly configured.

How to rank advance to...
Manager
- Become a Brand Partner at Advanced or higher enrollment kit OR have a minimum Lifetime PV of 300.
- Be active with at least 110 PV within 31-day period
- Have at least two personally sponsored active Brand Partners* with a minimum Lifetime PV of 180 on each leg
Director
- Become a Brand Partner at Advanced or higher enrollment kit OR have a minimum Lifetime PV of 300.
- Be active with at least 110 PV within 31-day period
- Have at least three personally sponsored active Brand Partners* with a minimum Lifetime PV of 180 on each leg
- Have at least one personally sponsored paid-as Manager Rank Brand Partners or above on each leg
SeNior Director
- Achieve all qualifications for Director Rank listed above
- Have at least two personally sponsored paid-as Director Rank Brand Partners or above
- Earn 10,000 BV through line of sponsorship in 31-day period
Executive Director
- Achieve all qualifications for Director Rank listed above
- Have at least two personally sponsored paid-as Director Rank Brand Partners or above
- Earn 50,000 BV through line of sponsorship in 31-day period
Presidential Director
- Achieve all qualifications for Director Rank listed above
- Have at least two personally sponsored paid-as Director Rank Brand Partners or above
- Earn 100,000 BV through line of sponsorship in 31-day period
Sr Presidential Director
- Achieve all qualifications for Director Rank listed above
- Have at least two personally sponsored paid-as Director Rank Brand Partners or above
- Earn 200,000 BV through line of sponsorship in 31-day period
Rank is calculated on a weekly basis. The Brand Partner must continue to achieve respective rank in order to earn bonuses specific to rank.
*A Brand Partner (BP) with a minimum 55 PV in a rolling 31 day period.
